It starts as soon as we receive your membership payment. You will be sent a welcome email that includes login instructions and how to access the meal planning app and forum, so that you can get started straight away.
We do not provide refunds at this time, but you are able to cancel anytime you wish by sending an email to support@activejamm.com. Although we will be sorry to see you go, your cancellation will be confirmed in writing (email) and you will no longer have access to the membership area, forum or the meal planning app.
Although, we do not provide specific one to one coaching, there are a range of ways that support is provided within the Community. When you join the Community, you will receive regular emails or SMS from us to motivate you and keep you accountable, so that you stay of track to meet your goals. We also have a private Community forum where members share their experiences. You can pose a question and receive support from the Active Jamm team or your peers. We also run regular live Q&A sessions where you can get your questions answered.
The Membership Fee is £25 per month or £250 per year (2 months free). This will give access to training programmes, the meal planning app and recipe library, the Community forum, monthly newsletter, and regular communication from us regarding your progress. You will be grandfathered in at this price should the membership fee rise in the future.
Yes, we are a global online community of English-speaking women over the age of 50. Currently, we cannot accommodate non-English speakers.
No, but we do provide the facility through our Recipes App for you to create your own plans, based on the recipes we provide.
Because our recipes are low in sodium, low in sugar, and the main proteins used are poultry and fish, our recipes are suitable for members who are diabetic, have high blood pressure, have high cholesterol levels, or those who want to lose weight. They are also suitable for those who generally want to consume a healthy balanced diet. Please note that our recipes do not follow the strict protocols of specific diets such as Keto, Vegan, Paleo, Plant-based, although some recipes will be suitable for those members following these diets.
